What is your maximal?
Gymme One Rep Maximals let you know how high is your maximal (without breaking your neck ;D); just enter a rappresentative set you executed and GO.
More than that, you can guess very precisely how much weight you can load with various range of reps.
An example? Let's say you lifted 50 libs on bench press with 10 reps. Know you can see how much weight you should be able to lift with 8-6-3 reps, avoiding wasting "setup" time.
