Gorontalo itself is a province in Indonesia. Previously, the Gorontalo Peninsula (Hulontalo) was the Gorontalo Regency and Gorontalo Madya City in North Sulawesi. [2] Gorontalo Province is inhabited by ethnic variety in the form of pohala'a (family), including pohala'a gorontalo (ethnic Hulontalo), pohala'a suwawa (ethnic suwawa/tuwawa), pohala'a limboto (ethnic limutu), pohala'a bolango (ethnic bulang All of them are categorized into the Gorontalo or Hulontalo tribe. It is suspected, the spread of the Gorontalo diaspora has reached 5 times the total population now spread throughout the world
