Problems with HBO Go?

If you encounter problems with HBO Go, you must contact the customer service of your TV provider. Why?

The HBO subscription of which HBO Go is part is part of your TV subsidiary and they can use your customer and subscription data, we do not have access to privacy agreements here. HBO has therefore given the TV providers the means to help you with HBO Go problems. In the event of errors in the software (BUGS), customer service can also pass this on to the developers of HBO Go.
