The meaning of the Qudsi hadith is:

Qudsi Hadith is one type of hadith where the words of the Prophet Muhammad are based on Allah or in other words the Prophet Muhammad narrated the words of Allah. Language (etymologically), the word القدسي is caused to the word القدس (holy). That is, the hadith that was caught in the Essence of the Holy, namely Allah SWT. And in terms (terminological) is something (hadith) quoted to us from the Prophet Muhammad. which is based on his Lord. Simply stated that the Hadith Qudsi is the words of the Prophet Muhammad, about the revelation of God he received directly, without the meditation of angels (Gabriel).

There are many differences between the two, including:

That the lafazh and meaning of the Qur'an come from Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala while the Hadith Qudsi is not the case, aka the meaning comes from Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala but the lafazh comes from the Prophet sallallâhu 'alaihi wa sallam.

The requirement of the validity of the Qur'an is at-tawâtur (nature) while the Hadîts Qudsi is not the case.

In simple terms, the Hadith Qudsi is God's revelation received by the Prophet Muhammad directly, without the interruption of the angel Jibril. So that there is no word qul (say) at the beginning of a sentence and God discloses Himself as me.

Whereas the Qur'an is the revelation of God received by the Prophet Muhammad through the mediation of the angel Jibril. So that Jibril reads a revelation with the beginning of the word Qul and Jibril to express God as His name, Allah (and other Asmaul Husna).

Hadith Qudsi uses a direct sentence (first person / me), while the Qur'an uses a third person's sentence.

Hadith Qudsi was derived "private" (specifically) to Muhammad as a prophet, so that it was not disseminated to the public, because it was personal. Only a few trusted friends received it

Whereas the Qur'an was revealed to Muhammad as the Prophet, so that the Prophet Muhammad was obliged to disseminate it to his people and all humanity.

For the sake of purity and sanctity of the Qur'an, the Hadith Qudsi and the Qur'an are not united in one Manuscript. The Hadith Qudsi is left alone and has never been officially recorded (codification).
